I have a first in, first serviced preference, rather than advanced prebooks.

Deposits are for if you want a specific time (like early morning, deposits are non-refundable). I have a one time rule; if you muck me around once, I will require a $100 deposit from you in the future.

Being late is on your time, and will eat into your booking time. If you keep me updated I will give you a 10min grace period (if possible), otherwise, poor time management is your issue.
